Trainings for the staff of the mortar units of the Quick Response Border Command Posts (QRBPs) are being held in Luhansk BG Detachment.

Experienced colleagues are share with their colleagues the experience of using modern 120-mm mortars, which the detachment's personnel have already tested in real combat conditions, including in Bakhmut area.

Such training will allow the mortar operators aim at targets efficiently, understand which situations may arise in a combat situation and how to respond appropriately.

"This is the NATO level," said the head of the training, nicknamed Solo, who assessed the modern mortars. The officer noted that they were twice as light as their Soviet analogues and had better targeting mechanisms.

The State Border Guard Service of Ukraine is being reformed and re-equipped in accordance with EU and NATO standards.
